Last year, my daughter created poster-size photo collages of all her friends using Walgreen’s online photo center. The large posters were a simple way to decorate her dorm room as well as preserve memories of her high school friends.
The only problem was, out of hundreds of photos, she only included one of her younger sister!
Younger sister didn’t forget about it! As a birthday present, she created a monogram collage. She printed about 30 – 50 photos. Using a poster board, she drew and cut out a large letter “M”. She then used a glue stick to add photos to the poster, trimming as she went.
The monogram photo collage is a simple, fun addition to dorm decor and it is filled with memories shared by two sisters!
What a fantatic idea – I’ll have to keep this in mind for Christmas gifts.
How big was the actual monogram when she cut it out? I would love to do this for my daughter her initial is “C”.. I would like to find a “C” template to trace on the poster board……
