I made this Vogue 8407 tote a few years ago.  My neighbor loves it so much she commissioned me to make several more that she is giving as gifts.  She loves them for when she travels because she can stash her essentials in all the pockets.  The pattern isn’t difficult but the picture on the cover is so dark you cannot really see how to place the fabrics.  It always takes me some time to figure out which side (the main fabric or the contrast) goes where!
