My 11-year-old won First Place in the Junior Division of the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Photo Contest! I shared with you some of his photos back in this post. He truly had so much fun with my camera. I’m very proud of him. His winning photo is of an African Crane. The same animal is in the photo that won “Best of Show”. You can see all the winning photos here.

You should definitely make some mug rugs! They are very quick and fun to make, and I love that I felt like I accomplished something big when I was done. I am thinking about making a few as gifts as well!
