
This year we based our meal on “Under the Tuscan Sun at Sapore”, Loretta Paganini School of Coooking. We had a wonderful meal that was paired with a selection of wines. We used many of the recipes and pairings. We loved the Tuscan wine so much we bought two bottles to serve at our own meal.
